Informații generale privind obiectul procedurii de licitație publică, în special descrierea și identificarea bunului care urmează să fie închiriat: Închiriere birouri şi depozite/anexe, pentru desfăşurarea de activităţi şi servicii specifice utilizatorilor unui aeroport internaţional, situate în Aerogara Veche în suprafață de 204,98 mp, suprafață domeniu public, conform Hotărârii Consiliului Județean Cluj nr. 112/28.05.2020 și în temeiul dispozițiilor O.U.G. nr. 57/03.07.2019 privind Codul Administrativ, art. 332 – 333.

NOTICE OF A COMPETITIVE PUBLIC TENDER
- 1. General information on the Contracting Authority, in particular name, tax identification code, address, telephone number, fax and/or e-mail address, contact person: Cluj Avram Iancu International Airport, Cluj-Napoca, 149 Traian Vuia street, Registered at the National Office of the Register of Commerce No J12/3463/1992J12/3463/1992, fiscal code RO 2882425, phone number: 0264/307.500, e-mail: office@airportcluj.ro.

General information on the subject of the public tender procedure, in particular description and identification of the property to be rented: Offices and warehouses / annexes for rent, for carrying out activities and services specific to the users of an international airport, located in the old terminal of the airport, in a total area of 204.98 sqm, public domain area, according to the Decision of the Cluj County Council no. 112 / 28.05.2020 and under the legal provisions of O.U.G. no. 57 / 03.07.2019, Article. 332 – 333.

3.2. 3.3. The cost and payment conditions for obtaining this copy, where applicable, according to the provisions of the O.U.G. nr. 57/2019 regarding Administrative Code: the price of the tender documentation is 50 lei VAT or the equivalent in euro at the BNR rate on the day of payment. Payment may be made in cash at the organizer’s cashier on Monday to Friday, between 09:00:15:00, or by payment order, in one of the accounts: RO12BTRL01301202919844XX Lei or RO58BTRL01304202919844XX EUR.
