AIRPORT SHUTTLE INFORMATION
- Transfers are offered by Cluj International Airport to Aviation-Event participants who have submitted their itineraries to the organizers (Aviation-Event team or Cluj International Airport team).
Incoming information
- Transfers to the partner hotel will be available from Cluj International Airport (and vice-versa) dependant on travel itinerary communication prior to the arrival.
- Email your itinerary to: info@aviation-event.de or to marketing@airportcluj.ro any of the organizers you are in contact with.
Outgoing information
Depending on the time scheduled for your flight, you will be picked up from in front of the hotel as follows:
- 1 hour and a half before for domestic flights (example: for the flight scheduled to depart at 14:00, the pick-up time will be 12:30)
- 2 hours before for international flights (example: for the flight scheduled to depart at 18:00, the pick-up time will be 16:00)
