Project meeting "Taxiway parallel to the runway" 04.08.2020

Given that the Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport is currently carrying out the "Taxiway parallel to the runway" project, code SMIS 2014+ 125198, a project co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund through the Large Infrastructure Operational Program 2014 - 2020 co-financed from European Funds, on August 4, 2020, a working meeting took place at the headquarters of the Cluj International Airport.

 Cluj Airport received the approvals and the construction authorization, and the main discussions during the meeting focused on the start of the construction works on the taxiway parallel to the runway. The meeting was led by the project manager who made some clarifications regarding the progress of the project. The meeting was attended by the members of the UIP team from Cluj Airport, the representatives of the executor, the designer and the company that provides the supervision services of the works. 

Also, on 06.08.2020, the site was handed over to the company's representatives who will carry out the works on the taxiway parallel to the runway.
