Why might the QR code not work?

Have you used the QR code yet?

You can only have one Cluj Airport eSIM installed at a time. You may see an error "Unable to activate eSIM" if you try to scan the QR code multiple times. Check your SIM/cellular settings to see if you already have a Cluj Airport eSIM installed by going to Settings > Cellular and checking if the eSIM has already been installed. If you want to scan the QR code again, you must first delete the existing eSIM. Follow the instructions to remove it.

Do you have a stable internet connection?

Installing an eSIM requires a good internet connection. Make sure you are logged in before scanning the QR code. For the best experience, install your Cluj Airport eSIM while you have a stable Wi-Fi connection. Once installed, you can access your plans and purchase new ones even without internet.

Have you unlocked your phone?

For security reasons, you must first unlock your phone before you can scan the QR code with your camera. You can't scan it from the lock screen.
