In accordance with Article 9 of Regulation (EC) 1107/2006 – quality standards regarding assistance and DOC 30 ECAC Annex J – Code of good Conduct in Ground Handling For Persons With Reduced Mobility, the following quality standards have been established with regarding service availability:

- Availability 80% < 5 min waiting after parking the aircraft
- Availability 90% < 10 min waiting after parking the aircraft
- Availability 100% < 20 min waiting after parking the aircraft
Service availability on arrival – unannounced before the aircraft lands
- Availability 80% < 20 min waiting after parking the aircraft
- Availability 90% < 30 min waiting after parking the aircraft
- 100% availability < 45 min waiting after parking the aircraft.

- Checked baggage will be recovered in the baggage lane area of the Arrivals Terminal.
- You must collect your checked baggage when you arrive at your destination.
- If you do not collect it within a reasonable time, it is taken into the custody of the AIRLINE with which you traveled.
- If it is not claimed and collected within one month from the date on which it is brought to the destination, the airline may dispose of it in any way without having any material responsibility towards you.
- Checked Baggage is in the custody of the airline and will only be handed over to the owner upon presentation of the identification tag or any legally authorized person.
- If your baggage does not arrive at its destination, you must contact the airline you traveled with or the representative of the handling company in charge of the flights.

- For the services of car rental, you have at your disposal the Rent-a-car offices in the Arrivals Terminal. More information here
- The services of taxi they are available at the exit of the terminals, in the specially arranged spaces.
- For access to the city, you have at your disposal public transport services available at the exit from the airport parking lot, respectively the A1E line departing from in front of the Arrivals terminal.
For ATM services, you have at your disposal several bank machines located in the public area of the Arrivals terminal and the Departures terminal.
