ENGINEER – 1 fixed-term position 2 years, probationary period 30 working days

Necessary conditions:

• Higher technical studies in the field of Civil, Industrial and Agricultural Construction (CCIA) / Railways, Roads and Bridges (CFDP);
• No record;
• Suitable for physical and mental exertion;
• English language skills – advanced level;
• Very good organizational skills and teamwork skills;
• Knowledge of Autocad, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
• Rigor, attention to detail and organized way of working;
• Stress resistance;
• Seriousness and professionalism;
• Knowledge in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Advantage:

• Experience in a similar position in a public institution, commercial company;
• Experience in the airport field.

Job objectives:

• Prepares requirement reports, conceptual notes, design themes, specifications, notes on determining the estimated value of the works, supporting notes, supporting documents, according to the airport's procurement procedures;
• Monitors the physical, value and term performance of concluded contracts;
• Collaborates and mediates the connection between contractors, designers and local authorities for technical issues, seeks to obtain approvals, agreements and authorizations necessary for the activity;

• It aims to ensure, fulfill and maintain the fundamental requirements of buildings and maintain them throughout the entire lifespan of the buildings;

• Keep and update technical construction books;
• Prepares/edits/develops operational procedures that apply in carrying out activities within the Service;
• Will respect deadlines for assigned tasks;
• Implementing AI solutions to streamline tasks;
• Ensuring the necessary services, the proper conduct of service activities;

Specialist - Regulations Service: 1 position - indefinite period

Necessary conditions:

• Higher education graduate – with a bachelor's degree;
• Microsoft Office knowledge (advanced level);
• Rigor, attention to detail and organized way of working;
• Teamwork skills;
• Seriousness and professionalism;
• Suitable for mental and physical exertion;
• English language skills – advanced level;
• No criminal record

Represents advantages:

• Graduate in the field of legal sciences – with a bachelor's degree
• Master's degree;
• Advanced training/specialization/training/instruction in the field of legal sciences, proven with certificates/attestations/diplomas;
• Experience in the airport field;

Job objectives:

• Develops manuals, operational procedures and operating procedures on handling equipment in accordance with applicable national and international regulations;
• Amends manuals and procedures, in accordance with changes in applicable national and international regulations;
• Develops the regulations and operational procedures necessary for the smooth conduct of civil aviation activity on AIAIC;
• It monitors the emergence of new domestic and international laws and regulations regarding the conduct of airport activities on a daily basis.
