- General information regarding the subject of the public auction procedure, in particular the description and identification of the property to be rented: "Renting of spaces intended for warehouses/offices for carrying out activities and services specific to the users of an international airport - Lot 1 - Office space P13b with an area of 25,00 sq m, Lot 2 - Warehouse space P13b with a total area of 65 sq m (2 spaces related to P13b with a total area of 90 sq m), Lot 3 - Warehouse with a total area of 16,00 sq m, having a total area of 106,00 sq m", Lot 1 and Lot 2 are related to space P13b (total 90 sq m) located in the Handling Building, ground floor, restricted area and Lot 3 (16,00 sq m) located within the airport premises 15 m northwest of the Handling Building and PSI, located within the perimeter of Avram Iancu Cluj RA International Airport, belonging to the private domain of Cluj County, under the administration of the management, rented according to the Decision of the Cluj County Council no. 112/28.05.2020 and pursuant to the provisions of OUG no. 57/03.07.2019 regarding the Administrative Code, art. 332 – 333.

3.1.
