General information regarding the subject of the public auction procedure, in particular the description and identification of the property to be rented: space for rent for the location of a number of 4 Smart Offices in the Passenger Terminals of Avram Iancu International Airport Cluj RA, with a total area of ​​12,00 sqm, located as follows:

  • Lot 1 External Departures Terminal Restricted Area, 1st floor, having a total area of ​​3,00 sqm,
  • Lot 2 Domestic Departures Terminal Restricted Area, ground floor, having a total area of ​​3,00 sqm,
  • Lot 3 Ground floor connecting body, Public area with a total area of ​​3,00 sqm,
  • Lot 4 External Departures Terminal Restricted Area, ground floor, with a total area of ​​3,00 sq m.

The spaces are auctioned unitarily and in full, surfaces owned by the County of Cluj belonging to the private domain and under the administration of the regia, according to the Decision of the Cluj County Council no. 112/28.05.2020 and under the legal GEO no. 57/03.07.2019, art. 332 – 333.
