PUBLIC CONSULTATION ANNOUNCEMENT – Electric bus

Consultation object: Electric bus

Description:

The contracting authority wishes to purchase the product presented in the Specifications D. Op. S. no. 168 of 29.04.2025, namely: Electric bus – 7 pieces. Economic operators will prepare the technical and financial offer so as to fully comply with the minimum requirements included in the Specifications (attached to this notice). All details regarding the purchase are described in the Specifications related to this market consultation notice.

Issues subject to consultation:

The Contracting Authority requests non-binding offers, under the conditions detailed in the document attached to this consultation, in order to be able to know the market realities regarding the identified need and to adequately size its budget. The bidders will submit non-binding offers (financial and technical) according to the Specifications made available by the Contracting Authority within the bidding deadline.

Method of implementation:

Non-binding offers will be sent to the following addresses: office@airportcluj.ro and achicitii.publice@airportcluj.ro within the bidding period (until the deadline for submitting the proposal). Additional information will be requested and sent to the above-mentioned e-mail addresses. Non-binding offers received will be analyzed, and bidders may be asked for additional information, as appropriate.
