General information regarding the subject of the public auction procedure, in particular the description and identification of the property to be rented: Renting a commercial space intended for carrying out the specific activity of a travel agency, within the Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport, Terminal Pasageri Plecări building, ground floor, public area (identified P-75a4 intersection of axis 2-4 with BC), total area of ​​17 sqm, area public domain, according to Cluj County Council Decision no. 112/28.05.2020 and pursuant to the provisions of GEO no. 57/03.07.2019 regarding the Administrative Code, art. 332 – 333.
