- General information regarding the subject of the public auction procedure, in particular the description and identification of the asset to be leased: Rental of a commercial space intended for carrying out taxi ordering activity via interactive terminal (totem/kiosk) within the premises of Avram Iancu Cluj RA International Airport" identified as follows:
- Lot 1 – 2 m, located within the Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport in the Arrivals Passenger Terminal building, ground floor, public area;
- Lot 2 – 2 sq m, located within the Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport in the Arrivals Passenger Terminal building, ground floor, public area;
- Lot 3 – 2 sq m, located within the Avram Iancu Cluj International Airport in the Arrivals Passenger Terminal building, ground floor, public area;
total area 6 sq m, belonging to the private domain of Cluj County, under the administration of the regia, leased according to Cluj County Council Decision no. 112/28.05.2020 and pursuant to the provisions of GEO no. 57/03.07.2019 regarding the Administrative Code, art. 332 – 333.

3.1. 3.2.
