General information regarding the subject of the public auction procedure, in particular the description and identification of the asset to be leased: "Renting a commercial space intended for carrying out public catering activities in a cafe-bar regime" - Commercial space P03, P03a and dining area at Avram Iancu Cluj RA International Airport, located in the Arrivals Passenger Terminal, public area, ground floor, West public hall, total area 92,70 sq m, belonging to the private domain of Cluj County, under the administration of the regia, leased according to Cluj County Council Decision no. 112/28.05.2020 and pursuant to the provisions of GEO no. 57/03.07.2019 regarding the Administrative Code, art. 332 – 333.
