General information regarding the subject of the public auction procedure, in particular the description and identification of the property to be rented: "Renting a commercial space intended for carrying out cargo handling and processing activities (CARGO AERO)", space located in the old Airport, area with limited access, ground floor, with a total area of ​​880 sq m, belonging to the private domain of Cluj County, under the administration of the administration, rented according to the Decision of the Cluj County Council no. 112/28.05.2020 and pursuant to the provisions of the GEO no. 57/03.07.2019 regarding the Administrative Code, art. 332 – 333.

3.1.
