General information regarding the subject of the public auction procedure, in particular the description and identification of the asset to be leased: Commercial space intended for the location of an automated teller machine (ATM) necessary for the conduct of monetary intermediation activities, two lots, respectively:
  • Lot 1 - ATM 01 – located in the Arrivals Passenger Terminal, ground floor, public area (south side of public hall between axis B5-B6), with an area of ​​2 sq m;                               
  • Lot 2 - ATM 02 – located in the Arrivals Passenger Terminal, ground floor, public area (South-West part of the public hall), with an area of ​​2 sq m, total area 2 lots – 4 sq m, belonging to the private domain of Cluj County, under the administration of the administration, rented according to the Decision of the Cluj County Council no. 112/28.05.2020 and pursuant to the provisions of the GEO no. 57/03.07.2019 regarding the Administrative Code, art. 332 – 333.
